For my opinion if you just standing in front of the camera for vlogging at Super Directional mode G1 is the best option as it costs half price of B1M. If you are at a noisy environment or you speak at the side of the camera or from a further distance then of course B1M is the ultimate option. But because i only film at a close distance from the camera, then G1 is the best option for most vloggers.

Amazing technology being showcased here - being able to use super high shutter speeds with flash without the need for high speed sync or leaf shutters inside a lens. And no ND filters required either.

Interesting. Other than megapixels, the A7C (original) has all the same features, e.g. 10 frames per second mechanical, 4k downsampled from 6k, etc.

Miguel: I love you but speaking from one professional photographer to another…….studio portrait photography is never easy regardless of the tools. I used the same lens and although it’s excellent in sharpness and autofocus, it still doesn’t help me with finding the right exposure or positioning my lighting in relation to my subject, or any the many other variables that come into play shooting indoors with strobe lighting. I just did a shoot for a VIP in his apartment with a limited amount of time and it took all of my experience and skill to nail the images for his shoot. The 24-70 GM II focused faster and was sharper than my GM version 1. I agree, It’s an exceptional lenses…..but don’t let these folks think that if they buy this lens it will solve their problems. They will only go as far as their current training and skill set takes them.

Sony hands on with sony product. What kinda title is this?

Are the audio channels still mixed to both left and right as was with the w2?? If so it useless as you always want to be able to separate the mics in post. The is is the biggest problem with the w2. As soon as you use the on transmitter mic the sound quality is room noise at best. Should be easily fixable with a long overdue firmware update.

If the audio of this video is captured on this device, than this is definitely NOT a great demonstration of its "excellent sound reproduction 1:41 ".

I just watched this and was so mesmerize by it!! Was it your narration or the beautiful photos you took, I can’t tell! I was on the edge of my seat and my anxiety watching you do that was through the roof!! I’ve watched many many of these videos on Everest and this was by far the most compelling!

how about showing us the best way to set this up so it works

One thing I noticed is that if you use it with 2 camera bodies you have to pair it back and forth. I would rather have it just fire all paired cameras if they are connected.
